General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Secretly Plotting Michael’s Total Downfall As Drew Watches

General Hospital spoilers gush Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) really dished it out to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) on Friday as the fan base drooled over every word.

Finally, Drew was getting what was coming to him, and Willow’s sweet revenge would give each of us a chance to relish in his pain.

If only that was where her plan would end, but it seems that Drew’s pending lack of recuperation is just the scene being set for where he’ll watch from afar as she systematically destroys her ex-husband’s life. Why, though?

Willow knows Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) didn’t actually try to frame her for shooting Drew, because she did shoot Drew.

She knows his brutal decision to seize full custody came after her poor choice to terrorize Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Michael’s new baby with her. So why is Willow so determined to ruin Michael, and it more than just a means to an end?

Maternal Instincts Misfiring Everywhere

Could it be that Willow is actually about to take out 18 months of angst and anger against Drew…on Michael? Is she seeing clearly enough to know what she’s getting herself into?

The look on her face when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) entered Drew’s bedroom made it appear like Willow may not actually have possession of all her marbles, so to speak.

Caught off guard in a heated moment with Drew, and unsure of how much Chase may have heard, Willow did her best to cover for the mess and the tension felt in that room, but her behavior tells a story of a woman who is about to take a turn for the worse.

GH Spoilers Leak Michael Meant No Harm

Michael might have been using the law to his every advantage when battling Willow in court, but she’s the one who made the bed she eventually was forced to lie in.

Michael was just trying to protect his kids, and he had every reason to believe Willow wasn’t a reliable caretaker for them anymore.

The reality is, she did cheat on him with his uncle in the family home — in the very nursery that their children play in. He thought she kept his kids away from him when he was recovering in Germany.

He was fairly certain she was a risk to his newest baby, and he wasn’t willing to take any gambles with the other two when it was looking like she might be carted off to prison.

Moreover, he didn’t want Drew anywhere near his children, and for very good reasons that Willow should now understand — except she doesn’t.

Mixed Messages

It was Willow who scared Sasha straight out of the country, but somehow she holds everyone else accountable in her mind. Maybe she thinks Sasha deserved it for being on Team Michael and sleeping with Willow’s husband, even though she had clearly moved on with Drew herself.

It was Willow who threw her marriage away and jeopardized her ability to be with her kids, but she’s blaming Drew now for not leaving her alone when she asked him to, as though she wasn’t strong enough and adult enough to resist him.

It was Willow who shot Drew and pretended Michael did it and tried to frame her, and now it’s Willow who is framing him with false evidence. Will her attempt to take Michael down become the final nail in her own coffin?
