Then, the Bayview patient switched the blonde’s skin supplements with something else. The college student will have a reaction and will know it was her former BFF. So, let’s talk about what could happen next in this storyline.

Sophia Choi’s Reconciliation Act

Let’s start off with Sophia. Fans know that the doctor tried to arrange a meeting between Sophia and Holly once before, which went terribly.

However, Sophia got an idea and told the doctor that she was ready to face Holly. The doctor thought it would be beneficial and healing, so Holly reluctantly agreed to a second meeting.

This time, Sophia didn’t slap Holly. Instead, she faked missing her friendship with Holly. There is no way that Holly really wants to have a friendship with her again.

However, she does want Sophia to get better mentally. So, what else was the blonde supposed to say, especially in front of the psychiatrist?

Supplement Switcheroo

When Holly was about to leave, Sophia knocked the blonde’s purse over. That allowed for the supplements to be switched.

While the doctor helped Holly pick everything up and put it back in Holly’s purse, Sophia made sure to keep her hands off.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Holly will wake up and do her normal morning routine. Just like in the social media video for the sorority, Holly takes supplements for her complexion.

However, when Holly takes those supplements, she will have a very different reaction!

Revenge & Consequences?

Holly will blow up. The blonde has dealt with Sophia long enough to know her scheming trademark. Holly will likely go to Bayview to confront Sophia.

However, the doctor will get in the middle and claim there is no way that Sophia could have done that. Holly won’t be able to prove it, but she will know in her gut that Sophia is responsible.

Sophia knows how to get a reaction out of Holly, that’s for sure. While the doctor will defend Sophia and say it’s not possible, Holly will be on a mission to prove it.

Rachel Black’s Redemption

As Sophia gets worse with her schemes against Holly, there could be a silver lining. Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) has been taken out of Bayview.

While everyone is giving Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) a hard time, maybe Rachel could help Holly. After all, Rachel and Holly were close at one point years ago.
