‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Tuesday, February 17: Bill’s Intuition, Eric’s Health, BRIDGE Discovery

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Tuesday, February 17, 2026. In today’s episode, Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) intuition is accurate.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) has breathing problems. Plus, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) make a shocking discovery.

Katie Logan Spencer’s Interview

Ridge is designing in the office. Brooke shows him Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) interview for Eye on Fashion, which is also owned by Bill.

Katie gushes about her new designer in the interview. Ridge doesn’t think Logan will live up to the hype. They need to find out what’s going on. 

Ridge turns the topic to Eric. The man really misses having Eric around. Why is he so stressed if he retired?

Because for some people, “relaxing” is torture, Ridge, that’s why. Moving back to the storyline, Ridge decides to go check on Eric at home

Eric Forrester’s Health 

At home, Eric is sketching but gets frustrated. Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) tries to lure him to the pool. She’ll even put on a bikini.

Eric says no, he needs to finish these designs. Donna reminds him that he needs to tell Katie that he can’t follow through.

Eric knows and he is having second thoughts. Ridge did give him permission to come back to FC. Eric thinks it was an insult.

Eric wants to prove that he still has something to office. Eric’s designs are top notch, but Bill is ruining things. 

Eric starts having trouble breathing. Donna panics. The blonde urges him to stop designing for Katie. Eric says no. Then, clutches his chest in agony. Donna insists on calling the doctor, but again, Eric says no. 

Once he catches his breath, he admits he’s never felt this separated from his family or company. Eric is still mad. Donna knows but this is becoming too much for him.

Ridge and Brooke enter. They happen to notice that Eric has been sketching. What’s going on?

Bill Spencer’s Pressure

Katie is certain that Eric will come through for them. Bill rants about the costs and deadlines. They discuss Eric getting used to a new situation.

Bill says they can’t coddle the designer. Katie says Eric’s family and friendships are on the line. Bill doesn’t think his demands are unreasonable. They debate about postponing the launch. 

Then, Bill says Eric might be having doubts. Eric wanted to teach Ridge a lesson, but maybe things have changed. Bill doesn’t want Katie caught in the middle. Well, a little late for that, BATIE.
