‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers Feb 23-27: Betrayal, Suspicion & Dangerous Games

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of February 23 tease some excitement! Fans can expect there to be betrayal.

Another Genoa City resident will get suspicious. Plus, someone plays a dangerous game. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Playing Cat & Mouse

Let’s start off with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is allowing him to think that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson), and Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander Gerry) have really been kidnapped.

According to Victor, Lily agreed to this fake kidnapping plan. 

Now that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) stole the Newman empire from Cane, there is nothing to bargain with. So, a trap will be set.

However, Phyllis is pretty smart. One thing that could trip Phyllis up is her ego, though. The woman thinks she’s Genoa City’s new Godfather. 

Summer Newman Manipulated

As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), she has a plan on how to deal with Phyllis. Since Victoria has already attacked Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) with the kids, it would be like her to use Phyllis’ offspring against her.

While Cane gets help from Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Graziadei), Victoria could manipulate Phyllis’ daughter, Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier).

Billy Abbott Strikes Back

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of February 18 suggest that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will fire back at Victoria.

The man was not pleased when he learned that Victoria was sending the kids back to boarding school. Victoria didn’t tell Billy this herself, he found out from the school.

Without anyone to anchor Billy, he is going to go too far.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect next week, Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) start to investigate Lily’s disappearance. That could prove to be a big problem for Victor! 

Also, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seems closer to taking fentanyl. However, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is already starting to get suspicious.

Also, Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) begins working on Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) case. However, can the redhead stay away from Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Ethan Ray Clark)?

It seems one minute, she regrets her actions. Then, the next minute, she rants about how “this isn’t right.” It sounds like Mariah’s mental health could get worse before it gets better, so stay tuned.
