The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Dominic Kidnapped Again, Mariah Innocent?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Ethan Ray Clark) just survived one kidnapping.

However, the little boy could end up being taken again. Of course, everyone will blame Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), but what if she’s not the one responsible this time? Keep reading, and let’s explore the possibilities!

Mariah Copeland’s Trial

Let’s start off with Mariah, who was arrested after being busted with Dominic. The redhead isn’t sure why she took the little boy. Of course, fans know that Ian Ward (Ray Wise) has been appearing to Mariah, telling her what to do.

So, there is a part of Mariah that knows it was wrong and is consumed with guilt. Another part of her really believes that the little boy belongs with her for Ian’s end game.

Now Mariah needs to go on trial but has pleaded not guilty. So, Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) has some rules for the redhead. That includes not going over to the Chancellor mansion again.

Abby Winters’ Firm Boundaries

Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) weren’t too pleased with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) showing up with Mariah. While the young woman wanted to apologize, it did not help matters.

Then, with Abby running into Mariah and Christine out in public, the blonde sets down some firm boundaries.

Child Kidnapped Again?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Dominic could end up getting kidnapped again. Remember, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) is on the loose again. The man was released from prison, then disappeared right afterward.

Of course, Devon and Abby will be quick to blame Mariah. However, the woman is focused on her trial right now. Mariah won’t be the one who kidnaps Dominic.

That will likely be Matt, who wants revenge on the entire Newman family.  While Matt can’t reach any of the other Newmans, he might be able to get his hands on Dom.

Villain Turns Hero?

Mariah might want to help search for Dominic when she learns he is missing. However, Christine and Sharon will urge her to not do anything. Of course, Mariah could get arrested again anyway, especially since she keeps running into Abby and Dom.

However, Mariah desperately needs redemption. Could she end up risking her own life to save Dominic? Could Mariah channel Ian Ward to make it happen?

Personally, I think that would be a really great way to use her hallucinations to do some good. It might also be the only way for Devon and Abby to forgive Mariah for what she’s done.
