The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is just getting started in his addictions and things will get far worse before they get better. Nick’s addictions is about to cause a great deal of trouble and it will not only affect him, but the whole Newman family.
Nick Newman Is Spiraling In His Addiction
Fans have known from the time Nick touched that bag of Fentanyl that this was going to get really bad. Now Nick is popping these pills like they are candy and that is certainly not good.
Even Sharon has pointed out that Nick should not have gone through his medication so quickly, but then again, it’s not like he spend any time in the hospital to allow it to heal.
Nick is not on the meds he was prescribed so it looks like he will have to turn to the streets to get his fix. Nothing is helping the pain in his leg so his issue with the Fentanyl is just going to get worse.
Of course, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) could come up with Nick’s meds and even use them to blackmail him into keeping quiet about his location.
Nick Newman’s Family Becomes Concerned
Nick is becoming very addicted to this medication and once he starts to spiral, his family will certainly be concerned.
Nick may scare his immediate family with his withdraw because Nick is becoming increasingly violent and that is already very concerning. Nick has already dismissed Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) concerns about his actions.
Nick has vowed to destroy Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). However, Nick and Phyllis have always been very close.
Could Phyllis be the one who points out that something is definitely wrong and team up with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to save Nick from himself despite how he has treated her after the takeover?
Will Nick Newman Commit Murder Or Overdose?
Nick is truly headed for trouble and at this point, fans have to wonder is Nick will end up murdering Matt while he is under the influence before he ends up overdosing on Fentanyl.
After all, Nick is determined to get rid of Matt and supposed Matt tries to blackmail him. Nick could very easily go off the rails and murder Matt is a rage.
Nick could also get more Fentanyl off of Matt and end up overdosing on it because he is in so much pain. Nick knows how dangerous this drug can be and yet he refuses to slow down on it.
Could Nick put himself in grave danger but taking too much? Are we about to see Nick in prison, a coma, or rehab?
