General Hospital Spoilers: Dirty Nathan Is Sidwell’s Inside Man, Spilling PCPD Info?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) could be a dirty cop with some massive secrets.

The mystery of Nathan’s missing seven years still needs to unravel, so there’s no proof that Nathan is truly the good guy he claims to be.

It’s possible that Nathan has everyone fooled or that he’s at least stuck in a bad situation. Nathan’s fingerprints and DNA were a match when he returned out of the blue, which led to his grave being exhumed and the discovery that there was no corpse.

However, Nathan could have someone else’s memories at this point. It might be a scenario where a different character has commandeered Nathan’s body and is essentially masquerading as him.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was awfully nervous when Nathan first showed back up in town. It felt like Britt knew more than she was letting on, so the logical explanation here is that Nathan is also connected to Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project in some way.

If that’s true, then Nathan is also tied to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Sidwell in particular may be finding Nathan of great use now that he’s back with the police department.

In GH’s February 26 episode, Sidwell offered up a clue about his PCPD informants supplying him with intel regarding Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial.

That led to Sidwell concluding that Willow was guilty of shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and that she’d be open to his paralytic pitch.

Nathan was tangled up in the Willow investigation and even watched the traffic cam footage that pointed to her guilt. We could certainly buy the idea that Nathan shared that info with Sidwell.

It was also suspicious how Nathan popped up out of nowhere the night Laura Collins (Genie Francis) discovered Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) corpse in the trunk of her vehicle.

Nathan might’ve been part of Sidwell’s plot against Laura and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), so that’s something to consider, too.

Sidwell may have relied on Nathan for help planting Dalton’s body, scoring blackmail pics as leverage or even just spooking Sonny and Laura.

Next, Nathan may have passed along suspicious news regarding Willow and anything else that Sidwell might benefit from.

Whatever the case, Nathan’s return-from-the-grave story isn’t as simple as it seems. There’ll be some huge developments related to Nathan in the months ahead, so we’ll see if he’s one of the informants Sidwell hinted about.
