‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update March 2-6: Britt Breaks Down, Sonny Confesses, Marco’s Huge Risk

General Hospital Spoilers Week Of March 2: Trina’s Opportunity, Britt’s VulnerabilityGeneral Hospital spoilers are in for the week of March 2, 2026. Fans can expect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to get an opportunity.

Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) shows a moment of vulnerability in front of Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Marco Rios’ Setback

Let’s start off with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), who wants to reverse engineer Britt’s medication for Huntington’s. Lucas ended up telling Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) that he needs help with just one dose.

Even though Marco will be reluctant, Lucas could get what he wants in the end. I worry about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) finding out, though. Lucas is taking a lot of risks he doesn’t have to.

Lulu Spencer Seen

Over with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), she shares a close moment with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). However, someone ends up seeing it. Perhaps this is Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) or even Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). 

Speaking of Nathan and Liesl, the detective has to level with his mother. The woman is convinced that Nathan and Maxie belong together. However, Maxie has made her choice: Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

Laura Collins’ Realization

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 2 reveal that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will see the softer side of an enemy. This doesn’t sound like Sidwell. Perhaps it is Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove).

The man has told Laura a few times now that they are both in the same boat. Maybe Ezra isn’t the bad guy that everyone thinks he is but is just another one of Sidwell’s blackmail victims.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are alarmed. 

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) opens up to Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell). However, Michael also gets summoned by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). 

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) gets an offer. I wonder if Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) asks him to be her assistant. 

It would make sense since Kai helped Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in Congress. Willow would want someone she can trust. However, Kai knows more about Willow than she realizes!

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) makes a confession. Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) finds what she’s been searching for. However, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) ends up getting suspicious that same day.

Liz sees Britt in a vulnerable moment. Britt will also get some comfort from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). 

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) ends up voicing his frustration. A bit later in the week, though, the WSB boss calls in a favor. 

Plus, Ava Jerome (Maura West) jumps to the wrong conclusion. Elsewhere, Trina seizes an opportunity.

      Carly saving Drew from Willow would be an interesting twist. But, how it is set up Carly would be at Drew’s home to help is the questionable situation as Carly/Willow don’t get along any more. Don’t care who saves Drew, but it needs to be done as this story line with Willow (all things), needs to be brought to a close. Was it brilliant story telling the story line has been brought to this point whereby all dislikes for Drew have become sympathy and the dislike has been turned toward Willow. Willow becoming in cahoots with Sidwell and not having been revealed could have been very crafty. As the story line is going now I can see a redemption for both Drew/Willow if the spoilers presented come to fruition. If by mistake or taking action to correct the Drew/Willow Saga, the above spoilers would certainly bring excitement to an otherwise boring story that has lasted too long.
