‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Tuesday, March 3: Woman In Distress, Sidwell’s Proposal, Sonny Seduces, Portia Questions Curtis’ Motives

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, March 3, 2026. It turns out there’s a woman that may need medical attention.

Plus, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a proposal for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) wants justice. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Curtis Ashford Questioned

Let’s start off with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). The divorcing exes said they need to sell the house now that they are living apart.

Then, when Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) showed up, Curtis had a change of heart. In the preview clip, Portia questions Curtis about his sudden turnaround.

It is teased that Portia is touched, so maybe this is about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) or even the baby.

Perhaps Curtis reasons that they should have a safe place in case none of their plans work out. However, the truth is that Curtis might be in some financial trouble.

Britt Westbourne’s Quiz

Over at the hospital, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will run into Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). The doctor will question Jordan about something.

We did see someone with a pregnancy test in the weekly preview lip. So, maybe Curtis will be having two babies instead of just one!

Woman Down

General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview clip also features Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

The demoted detective is taking BLQ out on a romantic date. However, BLQ’s eyes widen with horror as she realizes there is a body!  The weekly preview clip has a woman yelling out, “She’s not breathing!” 

There’s a good chance that whomever BLQ and Chase find on Tuesday’s episode is rushed to the hospital. But will the woman survive?

Tracy Quartermaine’s Demand

Over at the Q mansion, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) delivers some bad news to Tracy and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). With Jason and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) looking stunned, Tracy demands disciplinary action!

I don’t think Tracy is talking about Danny as he’s a good kid, and she adores Jason. So, maybe Tracy is talking about someone that Danny is having trouble with, such as a classmate.

Either way, Tracy will want justice served, so fans will have to tune in to see what this is all about!

Jenz Sidwell’s Proposal

Over at Wyndemere, Sidwell stops Carly. As the blonde turns around cautiously, Sidwell has a sudden proposition for her to consider.

Oh no, this does not sound good at all. Carly is already taking a lot of risks. The last thing she needs is to get tangled up in Sidwell’s web.

Sonny Corinthos’ Seduction

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he is still interested in Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). So, let’s see if this forbidden romance goes anywhere.
