General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Wednesday, March 4, 2026. It shows Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) must perform a risky surgery. While, Ava Jerome (Maura West) makes a mistake.

Jenz Sidwell’s Party

Let’s start from the beginning. For starters, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) found what she was looking for at Wyndemere during the Tuesday, March 3 episode.

With that said, she still promised Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) she’d help him with his party for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), and he okay’d Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) being invited.

In the preview clip for Wednesday’s show, Carly is shown saying, “It’s going to be unforgettable!” In deed, it probably will be!

Ava Jerome’s Mistake

Still, Carly and Sidwell’s party chat will be interrupted by Ava. The art gallery owner may assume that Sidwell is flirting with Carly.

However, when confronted, Sidwell says, “We’re plotting. Care to join us?” Ava seems more than a little confused by what’s going on.

Sidwelll will likely explain, and as she is Lucas’ aunt, so she’ll likely be invited and attend the festivities!

Josslyn Jacks Suspicious

Over at the hospital, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets suspicious. The blonde has a chat with Lucas’s boyfriend, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) during a clip in the GH preview for Wednesday’s show.

It’s unclear exactly what they are talking about but whatever he says has Joss questioning, “When did this happen?”

Valentin Cassadine’s Promise

General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview clip also shows Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) with Valentin in Carly’s attic.

The young girl has been taking extreme measures to see her father without getting found out. When she sees Valentin, he promises that there is a plan.

The man urges his daughter to be patient a little longer … but will she be able to sit and wait? She is her mother’s daughter, after all!

Curtis Ashford’s Answer

Over at Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) place, she asked Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to move in, during the March 3 episode.

Curtis seems blindsided by the offer, but will he end up saying yes? After all, if he’s going to let Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) have the house, so he’ll need a place to live. 

How awkward would it be if he said, “no”? He does seem rather hesitant in the promo clip for tomorrow.

Jordan is set to take a pregnancy test this week, so this could be a reason why she hides a positive test result from Curtis.

Emergency Surgery

At the hospital, Deliliah (Lily Cardone) will have emergency surgery. During the General Hospital preview, Britt yells at Lucas that the mother and child need surgery right now, or they will lose them both.

If Delilah ends up dying, but the baby is saved, that could present an interesting opportunity for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
