Jenz Sidwell Has A Full House
In Sidwell’s den at Wyndemere, Carly discovered a safe concealed behind a painting, but she didn’t have the opportunity to try to open it before Ava walked in.
They traded insults about Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), with Ava accusing Carly of attempting to persuade Jenz to assist her in breaking up Lucas and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
Carly shot back that Ava didn’t really know her brother well since she had only just started ‘playing aunt.’ Their conversation was cut short by Sidwell, and Carly smirked when he told Ava not to drop by unexpectedly in the future.
However, he appeared to forgive her surprise visit when she mentioned that she had come to deliver his latest art piece.
Jenz’ Invitation
General Hospital recaps for March 4 reveal Jenz joked that he and Carly were plotting and then asked Ava to join them. He explained that he and Carly were organizing a dinner party for their families to honor Marco and Lucas, and invited Ava to come along.
Ava agreed but was displeased to learn that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) would also be there. After Carly departed, Jenz laughed with Ava, saying that watching her and Carly go at it was like observing a fencing match between top competitors.
Ava replied dryly that there was never a boring moment with Carly around because you could never predict her next move.
Curtis Ashford’s Answer
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) asked Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to officially move in, since he’d been staying there anyway.
They both recognized their gratitude for the second chance. Later, she pushed the pregnancy test deeper into her purse while Curtis was in another room.
When he inquired about the lab work she had done earlier at the hospital, Jordan mentioned that her kidney was functioning normally.
But there was one more test pending, and she would inform him if there were any results.
Portia Robinson’s House News
Meanwhile, at the Ashford house, Portia told Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) that instead of selling, Curtis had given her the home to raise the baby.
Skeptical, Isaiah questioned if Curtis had a hidden agenda, like making her feel indebted. Portia believed Curtis had good intentions, but Isaiah remained concerned that Curtis would treat the house as his own, especially with the baby on the way.
Portia assured him that the house would belong to her, and she and Curtis would find a way to co-parent, but her ex had no influence over her life.
Later, Isaiah shared that he would miss her at the cabin, and she invited him to spend the occasional night at the house.
Josslyn Jacks’ Run-In
Upon arriving at the hospital to visit Lucas, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) encountered Marco, who informed her that her uncle was occupied with a patient in the ER.
Josslyn expressed her apologies to Marco regarding Carly’s harshness towards his relationship with Lucas. She was taken aback when Marco disclosed that Carly was now completely supportive of the couple.
Josslyn’s suspicions were piqued when Marco mentioned that Carly had visited Wyndemere to talk to them and was eager to get to know Jenz better. She wondered what caused the sudden turnaround in her mom.
Delilah Underwent An Emergency C-Section
In the ER, General Hospital recaps for Wednesday’s show note that Elizabeth informed Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) that Delilah was being prepared for an emergency C-section.
Liz went back to the trauma room, where Britt concluded that there wasn’t enough time to transfer Delilah to the OR because of a placental abruption.
She and Lucas started the procedure in the room while waiting for Dr. Alcott (Christopher Goodman); the neonatologist arrived just as Britt delivered Delilah’s baby girl, but the preemie was in distress.
While Liz helped Dr. Alcott treat the baby, Lucas and Britt worked to control Delilah’s bleeding. Once the baby’s heartbeat improved and stabilized, Dr. Alcott quickly took her to the NICU, while Britt and Lucas desperately tried to stop Delilah from losing too much blood.
Nathan West Is On The Case
On the other side of the hospital, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) encountered Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), Brook Lynn, and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in the waiting area.
Chase updated the detective on how they found Delilah. While Felicia checked Delilah’s belongings for ID, Nathan questioned Brook Lynn and Chase about the woman, sensing something was wrong.
After Nathan left, Brook Lynn noticed Dr. Alcott and a nurse entering the elevator with a baby in an incubator, which made her worry since they hadn’t heard any news about Delilah.
Feeling guilty for not asking Delilah for her last name to contact her family, Brook Lynn lamented that Delilah was alone and likely frightened.
Valentin Cassadine Interrupted
At Carly’s, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was searching through the kitchen cabinets when Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) dropped by.
They came to deliver art supplies for Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears). As Valentin listened from behind the wall, mother and daughter discussed Charlotte’s grounding after she had sneaked out during the blizzard.
Lulu emphasized that she couldn’t completely trust Charlotte, so she arranged for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to supervise her while she ran errands.
Frustrated, Charlotte shouted that her dad allowed her to roam around Prague alone, but overprotective Lulu wouldn’t let her stay home by herself for even an hour.
Mother Versus Daughter
General Hospital recaps for March 4 indicate that Charlotte kept resisting, mentioning how cool Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Laura had been with her Uncle Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
Lulu realized that the real reason Charlotte was upset was that she felt hurt that Valentin didn’t come for her after his escape. Lulu explained that he was keeping Charlotte safe by staying away.
Josslyn then came home, allowing Charlotte to take the art supplies upstairs to Donna’s room, but Charlotte made a stop in the attic to see Valentin.
He was not pleased with the risk she was taking, but assured her they would be together soon. Valentin also warned Charlotte not to underestimate Lulu.
Valentin Busted
After noticing the tension between mother and daughter, Lulu told Joss what happened when Charlotte went missing during the blizzard. She then asked her cousin if she had gotten stuck in the storm.
Remembering finding Faison’s book that night at Wyndemere, Joss lied, saying she was on her way to a frat party but decided to turn back.
Charlotte returned to the kitchen, and she and Lulu left, while Josslyn stayed behind to wait for Carly. When she heard noises from upstairs, Joss took her gun from her tote and went to the attic, where she discovered Valentin, who didn’t turn around!
Delilah Didn’t Make It
Unfortunately, Britt and Lucas lost their patient when Delilah died on the operating table; after declaring the time of death, Britt left the room calmly, acting as if everything was normal.
Once they finished cleaning up, Lucas and Elizabeth told Brook Lynn and Chase that Delilah had lost too much blood and didn’t make it.
Lucas went to the NICU to check on the baby, while Elizabeth took Brook Lynn and Chase into the trauma room to stay with Delilah until someone from the morgue arrived to take her body.
Chase comforted his wife as Brook Lynn wept for Delilah, promising the woman they would do everything possible to reunite her baby with her family.
Later, Lucas found the couple in the hallway and told them that Delilah’s newborn was in serious but stable condition, prompting Brook Lynn to want to find the baby’s family immediately.

Lulu Spencer and Nathan West Caught
Elizabeth later saw Britt crying in the locker room; she praised Britt for being strong during the surgery, but Britt felt inadequate.
Liz reminded her to honor the patients they lost and that she would never blame Britt for that; meanwhile, at the park, Nathan found a handbag under a bench, but it was missing a wallet.
He went back to the hospital and met Lulu, who was there for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) community service forms. He asked if she had talked to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), and Lulu admitted she was delaying telling her best friend about them.
Nathan reassured her that they would help Maxie understand their desire to be together, just as Nathan kissed Lulu, Felicia turned the corner and saw them.
