‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, March 6: Joss Confronts Jason, Carly’s Warning, Britt’s Avoidance, Maxie’s Regret

General Hospital spoilers are in for Friday, March 6, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) makes an alarming discovery.

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) calls in a favor. Plus, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) totally freaks out. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Jason Morgan’s Discovery

Let’s start with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). The young lady found Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in her mother’s attic. Now that she knows Carly is working with Valentin, she is mortified! 

Josslyn goes running to Jason to tell him what she has discovered. I wonder if Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) could get in the hot seat for giving Carly those credentials in the first place.

Carly Spencer’s Warning

Over with Carly, she panics as she explains things to Valentin. The blonde says that Josslyn will protect her, but not Valentin. So, they need to figure out what to do now, or find a way to force Josslyn’s silence.

Britt Westbourne vs Jack Brennan

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 6, reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is surprised to see Brennan at the hospital in her office. The WSB agent explains that Britt has been avoiding him.

During a preview clip, it appears that Brennan is going to give her orders. What will they be?

Nathan West Levels Up

As for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), he is forced to level with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). The doctor says, “We need to sort out the situation between you and the woman you love.”

However, Liesl really isn’t understanding. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) made her choice, and Nathan respected it. The man was interested in Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) anyway.

Something tells me that Obrecht isn’t going to give up, though! No matter what Nathan and Maxie both say, Liesl is convinced that they belong together.

Still, she can also go way too far to get what she wants. So, this could be a trying situation for Nathan and Maxie. Meanwhile, Maxie makes her feelings crystal clear.

With that said, we have a preview clip that has Lulu questioning if Maxie regrets her decision. Did she make her romantic choice too quickly?
