General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Holds Britt Responsible for Jason’s Grim Fate, Vengeful Side Takes Over?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) rivalry could soar to new heights once Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is gone.

Jason is committed to helping Britt score her freedom from the awful situation Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) have trapped her in.

Britt is being forced to work on Cullum and Sidwell’s cold fusion project if she wants to keep receiving the medication doses that keep her alive and functional.

However, Jason has promised he’s going to help free Britt. It’s just a matter of obtaining a medication dose so that they can recreate the formula, which hasn’t been an easy task – even with Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) help.

When Britt chose to come clean to Jason and accept his help, she immediately put him in extreme danger. Britt was warned to keep Jason in the dark and cut him out of her life, but she didn’t do either of those things.

Instead, Britt told Jason the whole ugly story and continues to sneak around with him frequently. It just feels like Jason and Britt are playing with fire, so this is probably building to a disastrous outcome.

Cullum poses a serious threat to Jason’s life, so what if he’s indeed at fault for Jason’s presumed demise? Since Jason’s departure is coming up in the not-too-distant future, that’s certainly an option worth considering.

That’s especially true since Jason has been making sure his will is up to date. Jason has been working on confirming Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) guardian so that he’ll be taken care of if something terrible goes down.

It seems like even Jason suspects things could head south in this mess with Cullum and Sidwell. If Jason does face a grim fate for his upcoming exit story, that could leave Carly looking for someone to blame.

Carly might point the finger at Britt for pulling Jason into her problems and taking away Danny’s only remaining parent. Britt could face Carly’s wrath, but they’ll both be hurting over the loss of Jason if he’s presumed deceased.

Fortunately, GH writers can undo Jason’s tragic outcome if he comes back this summer like Steve Burton keeps saying he will. Whatever grief Britt and Carly feel may be temporary if everything goes according to plan.

That said, General Hospital spoilers suggest Carly might make life miserable for Britt until then, so stick with us for any bad news that’s brewing.
