Let’s just say that they know they are in trouble. There’s heavy speculation that suggests Prince William and Kate Middleton are doing whatever they can to help try and save the monarchy. In fact, they seem to know just how desperate the situation really is.

According to the latest reports, there was a huge Republic protest outside the Commonwealth service today, which was attended by both the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Of course, Prince William and Kate Middleton would rather be greeted by adoring fans, but that hasn’t been the case lately. It seems like anywhere that the royals go these days, they are being greeted by jeers rather than cheers.

And for the royal couple, this is rather unsettling. They know that the monarchy is in trouble. And while they would like to point their fingers at people like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for disrupting the harmony from within, they know they can’t.

That’s because everyone is over the royal family throwing their problems under the carpet like they did with Prince Andrew’s controversial connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

Just to recall, Prince Andrew was arrested and not because of his connection with the disgraced but also dead financier Jeffrey Epstein, but because of suspicion of misconduct in office.

What’s Next For Prince William And Kate Middleton?

To make matters worse, Prince Andrew is the first royal in 400 years to be handcuffed. Not only that, but he has been called a disgrace because of his close ties with Jeffrey Epstein and all the alleged rumors suggesting that he had a role in sex trafficking during the early 2000’s.

Of course, Prince William knows that he can’t make all of this go away. But with time, he is hoping that the general public will forget about it, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon.

That’s why he knows that he and Kate Middleton have to stay as upbeat and positive as possible, even if there are people booing them during each one of their royal engagements and public appearances.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
