The Young And The Restless Spoilers Week Of March 16: Preemptions, Jack’s Frantic ExplanationThe Young and the Restless spoilers are in for the week of March 16, 2026. Fans can expect there to be two preemptions at the end of the week. Aside from that, we will see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) frantically try to explain things to his wife. Meanwhile, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) puts Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) on notice. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Preemptions Warning

Let’s start off with some programming news. Every year, soaps get preempted on CBS for March Madness. It’s the same this year, so don’t expect to see a new episode on Thursday or Friday.

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s focus on what we ARE going to see during the week of March 16!

Jack Abbott’s Frantic Explanation

Over on the yacht, a drugged Jack has fallen into Patty Williams’ (Stacy Haiduk) bed. Jack can’t fight her off any longer, so he’s just giving in.

However, he also doesn’t realize that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) is on the way to rescue him!

Unfortunately, it appears from a preview clip that Diane finds Jack and Patty in bed together. While Jack might try to explain, it doesn’t sound like he can reason with Diane.

Later in the week, Diane makes a bold move at home! Meanwhile, Jack gives Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) a dose of karma.

Adam Newman’s Past

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of March 16 reveal that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) past is resurfacing. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is worried that Spider will come back instead of Adam.

However, he has to talk to Riza Thompson (last played by Tina Casciani) about Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Adam feels he owes it to help save Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Nate puts Cane on notice. While Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) seems to feel bad about helping Victor punish Cane, Nate will worry. Nate doesn’t want Cane being able to hurt Lily again.

Plus, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) encourages Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to make amends with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).

Plus, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) shares surprising news with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Does she end up taking Phyllis up on her offer?

Nate has no business “putting Cane on notice”. Who does he think he is ? He really has no reason to be on this show ! AND Lauren is going to work for Phyllis ? Ummmmm why ?? She has her own company ! When is someone gonna take down Phyllis ? Can’t wait !!
