‘B&B’ Spoilers Weekly Update March 16-20: Office Brawl, Family Divided, Dylan vs Electra

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of March 16 reveal some curveballs. For one thing, there is an office brawl brewing. One son is divided between his family and his employer.

Plus, Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) faces Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) wrath. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Complicated Divisions

Let’s start off with relationships and dynamics that get messy. Next week, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) will have heard about the press conference. Will ends up confronting Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom).

While Will wants to support his parents, he also works for Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) fashion house. So, the decision to out Eric without his permission might affect Will’s job at FC.

In a preview clip, Bill tries to explain that he can’t steal what he owns. However, both Will and Kaite seem unsure about that statement.

Office Brawl

Over at Forrester Creations, Will and RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) face each other. RJ says that Will is a lowlife just like Bill.

However, Will claims he is not going to be bullied out of the workplace. We can see fists clenched, so there might end up being a brawl! 

Will did try to resign because of his anger towards RJ. However, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) urged him to stay. So, I imagine Steffy will end up giving both young men a stern warning to keep it out of the office.

Fierce Face-Off

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of March 16 reveal that there will be another fierce face-off at FC.

Steffy just hired Dylan to be the new receptionist. Steffy warned Dylan and Electra to get along in the workplace. 

Dylan does go to Electra, but can’t smooth things over. Electra tells Dylan exactly what she thinks! While Electra is probably forced to play nice in front of Steffy, all bets are off when her back is turned!

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will continue struggling with temptation. While Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) is still clueless, that is bound to change soon.

Also, what is in the future for Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone)? At one point, Katie considered hiring him to be a designer. Maybe we will see some follow-up to that because Eric’s designs still need the finishing touches.
