General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Monday, March 16, 2026. It shows one man making a killer vow.

Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) learns about an abortion consideration. Also, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is fed up and says so! Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Mayor Fed Up

Let’s start off with Laura, who meets with Ezra Boyle (temporarily being played by Patrick Scott Lewis). While Laura still has to follow Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) orders, she is getting more fed up.

The woman tells Boyle so, who will continue to urge her to play nice with the villain for both of their sakes. 

Ezra might also remind Laura of the staged photos regarding Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) death.

However, the mayor is wondering if prison might be better than dealing with Sidwell’s sick games. Boyle could remind her that there are worse things Sidwell could do than just put her in prison.

Horse Accident

Over at the stables, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will see a disheveled Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott). The woman explains that she fell off of her horse. While she is there, Cody might open up about Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos).

Later, Cody shows up to see Molly at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) place. Of course, he will be supportive and sweet, which makes it even harder for Molly to confess that she can’t ever have children.

While Molly and TJ Ashford (last played by Tajh Bellow) did go through a surrogacy situation, it ended with heartbreak for everyone. So, Molly doesn’t see kids in her future anymore, and needs to know if Cody can accept that.

Abortion Dilemma

The woman confronts Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) about the pregnancy test. However, Stella is caught off guard when Jordan admits she’s considering getting an abortion.

Killer Exit Strategy

As for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he opens up to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The right-hand man declares that he’s going to kill Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke) on his way out of town.

However, that plan could come with unforeseen complications. While Burton is taking a break for a while, what does that mean for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)? It seems things could get even messier, so stay tuned!
