Grave Danger

Let’s start off with Adam, who is in Las Vegas with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). While Nick waits and makes calls, Adam goes to meet with Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) to get intel about Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). However, when “Spider” goes to meet his old friend, she pulls a gun on him.

This doesn’t seem to be a case of mistaken identity because Riza doesn’t put the gun down even after she sees it’s her old friend.

Damage Control

Adam will put his hands behind his head as Riza demands. She might pat him down to make sure he’s not armed or wearing a wire.

A lot of years have passed, so who knows what Riza is tangled up in now. There are hints that Riza and Matt could be secret lovers, so that definitely raises the stakes for Adam.

Legal Complication

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, March 23 reveal that Mariah will face a new legal complication. Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) sits down to have a private chat with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). In that conversation, Christine asks for Sharon’s help with Mariah.

At first, Mariah pleaded not guilty. However, after looking at the facts and evidence, Christine might think that pleading guilty is what Mariah should do. Getting Mariah to go along with it might be another story, though.

Sharon and Mariah might worry about prison. However, Christine is really good at handling the legal system.

She ended up helping Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), I’m sure she can help Mariah as well. Christine might even reason that a guilty verdict could allow a sentence of mental health treatment.

That would mean Mariah will forever have that kidnapping charge on her record, though. That could come back into play if Mariah ever decides she wants a relationship with Aria Copeland-Porter (Millie and Maddie Ingle) at some point, so stay tuned!
