‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update March 23-27: Puzzle Pieces, Nathan’s Secret, Britt’s Race

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of March 23, 2026. Fans can expect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to connect the dots. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) swears someone to secrecy.

Plus, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) races against the clock. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Puzzle Pieces

Let’s start off with Josslyn. The blonde just ran into Britt and questioned if she was going anywhere.

However, there is also the issue with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke), Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

The blonde will finally get some puzzle pieces. When she connects the dots, what will be her next move? Joss might be a WSB agent, but she’s also still a kid in college.

Racing Against the Clock

As for Britt, she will be forced to race against the clock. What Britt doesn’t realize is that her conversation with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was overheard. Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could be in grave danger by just following Britt.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Warning

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 23 reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will share some news with her grandmother.

However, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) will get real with the brunette. The woman warns of her avoiding her marriage problems by fixating on Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) baby.

Jenz Sidwell vs Laura Collins

Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she is forced to deal with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) directly. The man will warn Laura and get her to push his agendas through.

However, we can tell by the look on the mayor’s face that she’s seriously reaching her breaking point.

What Else to Expect

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a gruesome discovery. It sounds like someone will be found dead.

Once Brennan orders Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to find “her,” he swears Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to secrecy. Later on, Lulu decides to do some digging on her own.

We will also see Sidwell open up to Ava Jerome (Maura West). Perhaps Sidwell will give Ava some intel, or he could expose a vulnerability. In any case, Ava could turn out to be a hero in this storyline.

Also, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) demands answers. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) becomes wary. Plus, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will seek out his biological father.
