General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Framed For Marco’s Fatal Outcome, Cullum’s Shocking Setup Revealed?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) will prove he’s a man with a plan!

There’s no one more menacing and methodical in Port Charles right now, so GH fans are about to see Cullum’s twisted mind put a stunning scheme in motion.

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) knew he was taking a major gamble by grabbing Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication doses from the safe. However, Marco was hoping to minimize the damage and ultimately enjoy a fresh start with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Sadly, that won’t be possible now that Cullum has connected the dots. Thanks to Pascal (Marc Forget) and Marco’s own sloppiness, it wasn’t hard for Cullum to figure out Marco was behind the stolen vials.

That’s what brought Cullum to the law office with a knife, so Marco will have to face the consequences of his actions. Once the story picks back up on March 23, Marco is bound to have a terrible realization about the danger he’s in.

At that point, perhaps Marco will try bargaining for his survival. Marco might attempt to put some fear in Cullum by warning that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will have Cullum’s head on a platter for this.

Cullum might acknowledge that would be true if Sidwell found out he was responsible. That said, Cullum may assure Marco that no one’s ever going to know he’s to blame, especially not Sidwell.

Marco has repeatedly sought Cullum’s help with his Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) vendetta, so Cullum may insist he’s finally coming through for him. Cullum might argue that Marco can die happy since Sonny’s going to be set up for the crime.

Sidwell would indeed be out for blood if he thought Cullum had killed his son, so Cullum will need someone else to point the finger at. That person may be Sonny since he already has an ongoing feud with Sidwell.

It makes sense for Cullum to make Sonny a frame-up victim here. GH spoilers seem to line up with that since Sonny’s going to sound the alarm to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) on March 26.

That’s when Sonny will turn to Ric for assistance, so his criminal defense lawyer may receive some disturbing news. Will Ric get Sonny off the hook once Cullum kills Marco and most likely makes the mob boss look guilty?
