General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas’ Double Horror Follows Cullum’s Life – Saving Surgery?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is an excellent doctor who typically doesn’t let his personal feelings cloud his judgment when it comes to his job.

That’s what makes Lucas so good at what he does, but he’s still human and may ultimately regret saving a particular patient from a grim fate.

All signs point to Lucas’ surgical skills being what keeps Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) alive and kicking in Port Charles. Of course, Lucas won’t realize that Cullum attacked Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) in the law office shortly before he got shot.

That revelation will have to come later, so Lucas has some double horror headed his way. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will share some terrible news on GH’s March 25 episode, so that may be when she tells Lucas that Marco didn’t pull through.

It’ll be bad enough for Lucas to have to grieve this difficult loss, but he’ll eventually have to face another awful, infuriating blow. Lucas may not discover right away that Cullum is responsible for Marco’s stabbing ordeal, but you can bet he’ll find out sooner or later!

Can you imagine the rage Lucas will feel when he realizes he saved Cullum after what he did to Marco? Lucas will be livid and most likely wish he’d sabotaged Cullum while he was on the operating table.

Although Lucas thought he’d finally found the person he was meant to be with, Cullum just snatched happiness away from them. Cullum proved he’s a heinous criminal who’s capable of anything, so Lucas could be in danger too if he figures out too much.

That’s especially true if Lucas gets angry enough to try to avenge Marco’s demise. Cullum may come back stronger than ever following his recovery and target more Port Charles residents.

It’ll be interesting to see how Lucas copes after losing Marco and all their dreams for the future. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) may get his chance to swoop in and try to win Lucas’ heart back, but he never wanted it like this.

It’ll be a while before Lucas can even think about moving on, but Brad can at least offer some comfort in the midst of the crisis.

Lucas has some stormy waters ahead of him, but he’ll be able to turn to Elizabeth, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and others for support as well.
