General Hospital Spoilers: Pascal Cullum’s Next Victim, Marco’s Killer Stops Secrets from Spilling?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) may not be done when it comes to claiming victims in Port Charles.

Cullum targeted Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) for his betrayal, but he may have to kill someone else to cover his tracks.

Cullum’s phone call with Pascal (Marc Forget) helped him catch Marco in a lie. Another phone call with Pascal alerted Cullum to the fact that two medication doses were missing from the safe.

Pascal seemed irritated because he’d already warned that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was going to be a problem. It felt like Pascal was blaming Lucas for turning Marco into a traitor who’d swipe medicine and try to free Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Cullum acknowledged that Pascal was right about Lucas before making it clear that he’d take care of things. Pascal may have assumed Cullum would get rid of Lucas and force Marco to stay in line.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) called Pascal out on his Marco crush, so that’s an important factor in all this. Perhaps GH writers wanted to address Pascal’s attraction and possible feelings for Marco ahead of his grim fate.

Pascal may be heartbroken over Marco’s demise, especially if he was expecting to hear the news of Lucas’ demise instead. Considering what Pascal spilled and the timing of Marco’s attack, he’s surely going to determine that Cullum went after him.

Sidwell is craving revenge now that he knows Marco is deceased, but he’s got the wrong idea since he’s apparently blaming Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for what happened.

Pascal is the one who could connect the dots for Sidwell and help him understand why Cullum would have a motive to kill Marco. Once Pascal is distraught and angry over Marco’s fatal outcome, he might resolve to tell Sidwell the whole truth.

Pascal could plan to open up to Sidwell about the missing medication vials and the fact that Cullum took action right after he found out they were gone.

In other words, Pascal has the power to steer Sidwell’s vengeful fury toward Cullum instead of Sonny, which is definitely something Cullum would rather avoid.

Now that Cullum has pulled through his hospital ordeal, he may have an urgent mission following his release. Cullum might wipe Pascal off the map before he can divulge too much to Sidwell.

On the other hand, maybe Cullum could order the hit right from his hospital bed instead and let someone else do his dirty work for him.
