General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Remembers Delilah, Unexpected Link To Phoebe’s Mother Revealed?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the details of Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) history will unravel. The show hasn’t provided much information about Delilah and who she might be connected to so far, but that’ll change in the coming episodes.

The PCPD has been working hard to track down Delilah’s family, but they’ve come up empty so far. The police can’t even be certain that Delilah Wilson was this woman’s real name and not an alias, but they’re digging for answers anyway.

Could Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) land in a position to provide those answers soon enough? GH writers could have a huge shocker in the works if Delilah’s past is somehow intertwined with Willow’s.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is hoping Willow could use her influence now that she’s taken over Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) Congress seat and hopefully have a say in who Baby Phoebe’s foster parents are.

Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) desperately want to be the ones to care for Phoebe until Delilah’s family can be located, so Willow will have a chance to help them.

What happens once Willow takes a closer look at this case and perhaps realizes she knew Delilah? On April 1, Willow’s indeed going to discover something that catches her by surprise.

Viewers will see Willow put some clues together and have an unexpected realization, so this could relate to Delilah and some memories that click into place. Willow might recognize the name and realize Delilah was someone she knew once upon a time.

Delilah’s tattoo led to speculation among fans that she might’ve been linked to Dawn of Day. The tattoo was different from the ones shown on-screen during the Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) era, but there could still be a connection.

It’s possible that Deliah was part of a cult that splintered off from Dawn of Day instead. Maybe Shiloh had a member who rebelled and decided he wanted followers of his own.

Delilah could’ve run off with that new leader and received a tattoo once she was cemented as part of the group.

Regardless, Willow and Delilah might’ve known each other in Dawn of Day at one point. Perhaps Willow hoped they could both find freedom before Delilah got tangled up in more cult trouble instead.

No matter how it all goes down, it’s interesting that Willow will make a big discovery right after Chase seeks this favor. Is Willow about to figure out more info about Phoebe’s mother and aid the cops’ search for Delilah’s family?
