Cane wants Holden to help him take down Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) but how would this impact Holden’s relationship with Claire?

We doubt that Clair wants to date a guy who targets her adored grandpa.

Plus, Cane might want Holden to pump Claire for intel on Victor, which would be awfully devious even for Holden.

Will Claire Learn About Holden?

Can Holden afford to turn Cane down? He is his employer and hasn’t had much to do lately.

Cane said he would pay Holden handsomely to ruin Victor, and Holden needs cash to woo Claire.

So, Holden has a hard choice—cash or Claire.

Meanwhile, Claire needs to tell her mom Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) if she will work with her and Victor at the Chancellor.

Victor was able to wrangle Chancellor back from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and now he needs people to employ.

Next, Jack sees Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) at the GCAC and can’t help but walk up to her.

He knows better, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

Diane moved out to have some time to think, but Jack is desperate to mend his marriage.

Jack is Desperate

Jack’s mea culpa makes Diane furious; she doesn’t want to hear Jack’s regrets and unleashes a verbal assault.

Next, Jack complains about this to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and his response is to ruin Victor for what he’s done to damage his parents’ marriage.

Curiously, Victor has chosen to go after Jack while ignoring the harm that Cane has caused him.

Then again, Cane has never shown any interest in Nikki, which is what has Victor furious with Jack.
