Bold and the Beautiful Recap Wednesday June 17: Nick Marone Interrogates Brooke, Stephanie Gets A Shock From Katherine Chancellor

The Wednesday, June 17, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful continues The Bold Gets Restless week as characters from The Young & the Restless cross over to B&B. Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) graces Los Angeles with her presence in a 2005 rebroadcast as she brings Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) good news about the Stephanie Douglas Trust.

Stephanie questions Katherine about her father’s intentions. Katherine says that Stephanie’s father instructed her to do nothing with the trust. Katherine denies doing anything, as sole trustee, to compromise the trust. The only thing she did was give the annual tax documents to the Forrester lawyer, Jonathan Young (Joseph Campanella).

Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Katherine Chancellor Shocks Stephanie

Stephanie is shocked to learn that she owns Forrester Creations, lock, stock, and barrel. Stephanie thinks of all the pain and heartbreak that could have been avoided if she’d known earlier. Katherine says that Stephanie’s father knew how much she loved Eric Forrester (John McCook) and how upset Stephanie would be if she found out her dad didn’t trust the man she married. Stephanie realizes her father was trying to protect her.

Stephanie feels betrayed that Eric has known the truth and kept it from her all these years. She only discovered the document by accident in Eric’s safe. She believes Eric wouldn’t deliberately lie to her. Katherine reminds her that Eric is a man after all. Stephanie struggles to understand how Eric could have played her for a fool since the beginning.

Eric has one final domestic cleanup before Stephanie goes to Florida. He cleans up a torn poster of him and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Jonathan brings him divorce papers and says a little distance might do them both good. Eric suspects Stephanie has something up her sleeve to hurt Eric and Brooke. The divorce papers will end Stephanie’s ability to manipulate her husband.

Jonathan questions Eric’s use of Stephanie’s power of attorney to end the marriage. He’s upset that Eric is taking advantage by divorcing Stephanie behind her back. He reminds Eric of the good years he and Stephanie shared together. Eric says he’s deeply in love with Brooke.

Eric realizes that his safe has been opened and Stephanie’s trust document is missing. Jonathan says Eric has to find it before Stephanie finds out about it.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Nick Marone Interrogates Brooke

Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) interrogates Brooke about whether she’s had sex with Eric or if their marriage is some sort of sales gimmick. Brooke claims that Eric is her husband and loves her. Nick’s not buying it. Nick realizes Brooke hasn’t consummated the marriage. He pulls her against him and demands she tell him the truth. Brooke admits that she hasn’t slept with Eric. Does she want to spend her life with a man she doesn’t want to touch? Brooke says there’s more to life than sex. Brooke vows to make their marriage real.

Brooke urges Nick to start a life with Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) and their baby. Nick says Bridget doesn’t want him.

Nick drags Brooke out the door and back to his boat. Nick vows that they will resolve their problems tonight. Everything will fall into place for them and for Eric and Bridget tonight. Stephanie pays Eric a visit at Forrester Creations to confront him about the trust.
