While they have always been close – before Meghan Markle entered the picture – some have even suggested that they had a brotherly and sisterly bond that both of them truly seemed to enjoy.

That’s because each and every time Kate Middleton and Prince Harry were seen in public together, they were either bantering or teasing each other in a playful way. Not only that, but the Princess of Wales always had a huge smile on her face.

However, some people think that Kate might have been smiling the way that she did for another reason. That’s because there’s a very good chance that she had a crush on her brother-in-law, but just didn’t want to show it. And who can blame her, right?

Of course, many royalists on both sides of the pond sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “For some reason I always had a feeling that Kate actually had a crush on Harry, not just that we are super close friends & when Meghan came into the picture it made Kate jealous.”

What’s Next For Kate Middleton?

Another critic of the royal family wrote, “I think this as well. When you see pictures and videos of how Kate looks at him it’s pretty obvious. She always tries to put articles out on how important she is in Harry’s life but Harry said in his book how he barely interacted with her.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I really agree that she and her sister were raised to see other women as competitors. I can’t see her as a girl.”
