General Hospital Kirsten Storms Victim Of Violent Crime

General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms has been a victim of a violent crime and recently hopped on Instagram to provide an update for fans. More details on this below.

Kirsten Storms’s Hacker Situation

Back in February, Storms had updated her Instagram followers on a hacking crisis she was facing, which has since escalated into something bigger.

Back in February, Storms explained in a series of IG videos that after moving to Tennessee, her cell phone and internet router were accessed by someone unknown. This included breaking into her iCloud account.

Unfortunately, local police in the area where she lives now aren’t equipped with the tools to properly investigate a crime of this nature, so at that point, Storms was asking anyone to recommend a cybersecurity specialist to help her out. As it seems, Storms had been dealing with this since December 2025.

Storms Hacker Issue Has Escalated

In a post uploaded to her Instagram account on Thursday, April 9, Storms explained to fans that she was still dealing with her hacker issues, and things had escalated.

The post had a video of Storms giving a brief update, plus two photos of what appeared to be her home’s door, which was obviously broken into.

Storms starts off by noting it’s been about two months since she last uploaded a video, and she wanted to provide an update on her devices being hacked. She explained that the device that was hacked was the one that her IG account is on.

Storms states that whenever she logs onto Instagram on that device, odd things start happening, like emails get deleted, as well as photos and videos that she’s given to the Franklin PD.

The actress stated in the video that she actually recorded this current video on her new device and hopes to forward it to her phone and upload it as fast as possible. The last sentence of the video was that there was still an investigation going on with the Franklin Police Department.

The video seemed to get cut off, but considering Storms’s hacker issues, it’s hard to tell if Storms had time to upload everything properly. The caption and photos seem to indicate that Storms suffered a break-in at her apartment. Her IG caption read:

Update on cellphone hacking situation, apt break in, and investigation by Franklin PD. #LegacyCoolSprings #GCIResidentials #FranklinPD
