‘Beyond The Gates’ Preview Week of April 13: Lia’s Suspicion, Bill & Dani’s Affair Drama, Hayley’s Meltdown

Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that the CBS daytime drama just released its preview video for the week of April 13-17, and there are some bombshells ahead in Fairmont Crest.

Dr. Lia Whitmore’s Suspicion

The Beyond the Gates promo opens with a scene between Dr. Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht) and Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix). They are in Nicole’s office as Lia states, “If they weren’t looking for patient data, what were they looking for?” Nicole responds with, “That’s the million-dollar question.”

Nicole realized her computer had been hacked into during the Friday, April 10 episode. From the looks of the preview, Nicole will call upon Garland Memorial’s chief of staff to notify her of the cyberspace breach.

Of course, fans know Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) hacked into his mother-in-law’s computer to see if he could find more information on Grayson Perez’s (Jordi Vilasuso) hospital contract when it comes to the plasma ring.

Little does anyone know that the leader of the ring is Lia, and with this move, she’ll become highly suspicious. Is anyone safe from her wrath?

Jacob Hawthorne Lashes Out

Speaking of the plasma ring, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) is shown next, as he lashes out at Smitty.

In the sketchy alley he’s always in, Jacob angrily tells Smitty, “I’m the one in charge, I have the authority to, so no more going off the script!” Jacob seems mighty mad at the stunt Smitty pulled on Friday’s show, so can these two stay on the same page?

Over at the Dupree mansion, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) tells Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) that she has an update on whether her chemotherapy is working.

As scenes shift, Nicole is seen at the hospital waiting lounge with Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley). Nicole tells Dani that she’s worried about how their mom will react if the news isn’t good.

Hayley Hamilton’s Meltdown

As the Beyond the Gates promo video continues, Haley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) is on the phone in her mansion, and she’s having a meltdown.

She tells whomever she’s on the phone with, “Just deal with her and fast, I’ll handle Bill [Hamilton – Timon Kyle Durrett].” The next clip in the preview shows Hayley on the couch with Bill as he responds to her by saying, “My answer is no.” The man gets up in a huff and leaves.

As the BTG video comes to a close, Dani is in her kitchen with Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit). She tells her daughter, “I am not having an affair with your father,” to which Naomi notes, “I’m sure Hayley thought the same thing until yesterday.” Dani looks confused as she asks Naomi what she’s talking about.
