General Hospital Spoilers: Danny Pursues Mob Life?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 13-17 hint that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) won’t be able to shake his unwavering need to join the mob.

The teen seems bent on following in his father’s footsteps, so let’s talk about this possible storyline – and danger – that is headed his way.

Danny Morgan Can’t Get The Mob Outta His Mind

General Hospital spoilers reveal that since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was dragged away by the WSB, Danny’s world has been flipped upside.

The young man is acting out, and his guardian, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is trying hard to be there for her grandson, while also refraining from micro-managing him.

Danny has big emotions and can’t figure out a productive way to release them. The teenager has always been attracted to danger and adventure, and looks up to Jason, so the allure of the mob has been enticing. Not to mention the power that it could potentially bring.

With that said, he’s already approached Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) asking for a job but was rejected. Still, Sonny isn’t the only mob boss in town, so will Danny go even further and head down a dire path?

Danny’s Life Crosses A Mobster’s Path

As Danny wants to enter the mob, there’s been a great deal of talk around this. It doesn’t seem like an idea that will eventually be tossed aside.

There’s a good chance the teen will dabble in something both illegal and mob-related. While Sonny said he wouldn’t give Danny a job, that doesn’t mean that he – or fate – will land him in another organization.

The name “Morgan” could take him far in the mob world, and there’s also a good chance he stumbles upon the world, just like his father did – by accident.

A lot of shady deals go down near the docks, an area Danny frequents, so could he come across a mob boss or thug?

If he impresses the right people, and they find out he’s Jason Morgan’s son, he may get a job instantly! The rush will be exciting, but does Danny truly know the dangerous situation he’s placing himself in?
