‘The Young And The Restless’ Preview Week of April 20: Sharon & Noah’s Danger, Christine’s Big Surprise, Phyllis’ Downfall

The Young and the Restless’ promo for the week of April 20-24 has been released! Fans can expect to see Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) in grave danger, while Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) has a big surprise.

Old Friends Reunited

The Young and the Restless preview for the week of April 20-24 starts on a high note. Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) is shown at the GCAC bar as she asks, “How do you know Olivia [Winters – Tonya Lee Williams]? Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) replies, “She would be my mother.”

This is when Stephanie lets out a smile and says, “Nate Hastings! Oh my goodness!” The woman gets up to give her old (young) friend an embrace.

Christine Romalotti Has A Big Surprise

As the promo continues, Christine is shown at GCAC, on the couch, with her hubby, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). Christine tells Danny she has a little surprise of her own.

As Danny grins, Christine gets very emotional and says, “Well, actually, it’s kind of a big surprise …” What kind of surprise would get Christine so emotional? Fans will have to tune in to find out!

As scenes shift, a clip is shown from across GCAC, as Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) is at a table with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). Lauren asks her husband what is wrong, as the two peruse the menu.

Michael puts his menu down and hesitates. Then, he goes on to state that there is no good way to say this, but Summer’s Conglomerate is going down. Lauren gives him a concerned look.

This is interesting since the company was just “thriving” last week, so what’s happened? How will Phyllis react to this news, and why has the corporation gone downhill so fast?

Las Vegas Danger!

As the Young and the Restless promo for the week of April 20 wraps up, the last clip is of Sharon and Noah in a car. They appear to be in Las Vegas, somewhere on the outskirts of town near a rundown building.

Noah tells Sharon, “This is definitely not what I expected; this looks like it’s been abandoned for years.” Sharon asks her son what he thinks, and wonders if they should go in.

Noah looks mighty nervous after Sharon says this. Will the two fall into Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) trap?

He summoned Sharon to Vegas using Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) phone, via text, under the guise that he was Nick.

Still, Noah and Sharon are a lot smarter than Matt thinks, so will they put two and two together?
