Stephanie And Alex Heading For Splitsville?

To start, there has been significant attention recently on Stephanie Johnson and Jeremy Horton. We have all witnessed Stephanie struggling after her rescue from Owen Kent’s (Wes Ramsey) disturbing grasp.

Stephanie is experiencing nightmares and PTSD-honestly, she appears to have changed.

Additionally, her relationship with her new husband, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), is not going smoothly; despite his efforts, Alex seems unable to bring Stephanie happiness.

A part of the issue is that she is not opening up to Alex or sharing her thoughts with him, and his excessive protectiveness frustrates Stephanie, as she perceives it as controlling.

Jeremy Gets Stephanie, Which Drives Alex Crazy

Meanwhile, Jeremy remains in Salem, looking quite handsome-he has a kind eye on her, not in a negative way.

When Stephanie left Alex after he informed Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) that she was resigning as a Titan author, that’s when Jeremy encountered her.

They share a bond formed through trauma-naturally, he offered comfort to Stephanie, and he truly understands her.

Jeremy relates to her because he was also a captive of Owen-Stephanie and Jeremy embraced and that’s when Alex approached them.

Stephanie will keep turning to Jeremy at least until Michael Roark concludes his role as Jeremy on April 29th.

Joy Wesley Returns With A Baby

Additionally, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is set to reveal a baby surprise to Alex when she returns on Friday, April 24th, just as sweeps begins.

Therefore, we can expect some changes in Stephanie and Alex’s marriage, regardless of the circumstances. If she becomes intimate with Jeremy, it could spell the end of her marriage to Alex.

With Joy returning with a baby, we might witness the emergence of a surprising new relationship. Of course, that’s probably going to start a who’s the daddy story as well.

Theo And Jada Might Fizzle, Before They Sizzle!

There’s a new couple that might be ending soon-that couple is Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).

They have gone on a few nice dates together, they played chess and did trivia, but Theo is not happy that Jada is helping her ex, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), recover.

It makes sense that Theo feels uncomfortable with Jada moving her ex into her apartment. He knows Jada and Shawn were once together, but Jada has tried to assure Theo that they are better off as friends now. Plus, that was a couple of years ago, so it’s not a recent situation.

Jada Already Feels Something Is Off

Jada is already sensing that something is off; she mentioned to Gabi that trivia night might be her last date with Theo. Then he canceled on trivia, telling Gabi he felt overwhelmed.

Theo seemed off all night, and we know his mom, Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), is on his mind, but he was also distracted by the idea of Jada and Shawn living together.

Additionally, Theo has a crush on Gabi and is aware of her big corporate espionage secret. This creates a lot of potential for complications, and Gabi even followed Theo to comfort him.

Will Jada And Shawn Reconcile?

A few weeks ago, a Days of our Lives social media post mentioned that Jada and Shawn are meant to get back together as a couple.

They had couples discussing this, and Jada and Shawn confirmed their relationship, and this information has been circulating.

I think Theo might end things with Jada before their relationship deepens, mainly because of Shawn, Lexie, and Gabi.

Theo could also consider Philip’s offer to work at Titan, allowing him to get involved in Philip and Gabi’s relationship.

We might see Theo and Jada break up, and she could end up with Shawn, Philip and Gabi might also split, and he could end up with Gabi.

Conner Floyd Debuts As The New Chad DiMera

Don’t forget, Connor Floyd is debuting as the new Chad DiMera on April 21st. He, along with his recast son Thomas DiMera (Alexander Elijah Bond) and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron), are back from their long vacation in Phoenix.

Chad left Salem with his children to regroup and reconnect after the difficult custody battle with Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford).

This breakup filled the time between when Billy Flynn finished filming as Chad and when Connor Floyd began taping.

To finalize the custody agreement with his in-laws, Chad signed legal documents that included a clause preventing him from dating Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) again.

It’s Understandable Why Jack And Jen Don’t Want Chad Dating Cat

Jack and Jen don’t want Chad dating Cat because Cat deceived the family into thinking she was Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) back from the dead.

However, we saw Cat and Chad resolve their issues; he understands that Cat’s actions were to protect her mom from the evil Clyde Weston (James Read), who killed Abby.

Cat and Chad started as friends and then became lovers before it all fell apart; Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) told Thomas she saw Chad and Cat kissing.

She also revealed that Cat pretended to be Thomas’s deceased mom, Abby, when she arrived in Salem. This made Thomas furious with Chad, and Jennifer was upset about Chad dating Cat as well; consequently, Chad had to end things with Cat.

Chad And Cat’s Sparks Fly Again?

In the latest Days of Our Lives promo, Chad and Cat’s sparks appear to fly again as they encounter each other in Horton Town Square.

Thomas and Charlotte are with him as Chad and Cat’s eyes meet, but Thomas seems to remain calm; perhaps after time away, things might be different.

What is Chad going to think when he realizes Cat and his brother EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) have sparks too, and have been getting closer? That will be a very interesting thing to see, in the next few weeks!
