‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Wednesday, April 22: Cassius’ Curveball, Jordan’s Confession & Britt Panics 

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Wednesday, April 22, 2026. It shows Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) throwing a curveball.

Big Surprise

Let’s start off with Gio and Emma. The young man will show off a big surprise he has for the lady love. In the preview clip for tomorrow, Emma asks Gio how long he has been holding out on her. 

Emma will be excited as they get ready to jet off to New York City. While they will do some big city exploring, they will also go backstage at Aladdin.

Curtis Ashford’s Discovery

Over at the hospital, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) opens up to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

The woman might admit how bad the face injury is affecting her. 

While there has never really been friendship between the two ladies, Jordan could be reading too much into things.

Jordan isn’t amazing because of her face; it’s her confidence, her intelligence, and her ability to solve problems.

I do worry that Jordan’s insecurity could cause her to push Curtis away in the end, though.

It is also stated that Jordan reaches out with a favor.

That could have something to do with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). 

Peace Short-Lived

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 22 reveal that Portia and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) don’t have high hopes. In the preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Isaiah wonders how long the peace will last.

Fake Nathan West’s Report

At the police station, Cassius gives Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) an update on a case. The man has a report on Jordan’s car accident. 

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) promised she would take care of it for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Settton). However, secrets have a way of coming out at the worst times.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in the next episode, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) talk about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). 

Finally, there is a scene of Britt with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) in the hospital chapel. Britt freaks out that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke)  could find out the truth.

The woman warns Rocco that if Cullum finds out, they are both dead. So, what does Britt do now?!
