Let’s start off with Cane. The man is already suspicious after catching Lily all teary-eyed. The lady refused to tell her ex what was going on. Cane can sense it’s something serious.

Then, he found out from Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) that his bio dad is Malcolm.

Cane’s eyebrows really went up when Holden mentioned Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) was also in town.

Cane found it a strange coincidence. It sounds like Cane will figure out it must be something health-related. 

Lily Winters’ Confession

Since there are no more available matches among relatives, they are going to have to look outside the family pool.

That means everyone needs to know so they can all get tested.

Cane will want to do his part to help Lily. I could see her rejecting it at first, but she might give in at the end.

Lily might think nothing will come from Cane’s help, but what if he’s a match?

Nick is going to be in the driver’s seat of a car with Adam. However, there is a good chance they could crash.

Will Nick have to face the police and his family’s disappointment if Adam ends up in a coma or dead?

Will Nick pass out, leaving Adam to switch him to the passenger seat before the EMTs arrive?
