Victor concocted a scheme to pay off all the high-level employees at Summer’s Conglomerate (formerly known as Newman Enterprises); his next phase of the plan was to create AI-generated proof that Phyllis, along with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), illegally obtained Newman Enterprises.

It sounds like Victor will present this evidence on Friday’s show, so will Phyllis give up Summer’s Conglomerate and wave a white flag?
