‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update April 27-May 1: Jason Intel, Sidwell’s Sick Move, Willow vs Liz

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of April 27, 2026. We can expect there to be some information about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) approaches a child. Plus, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) confronts Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Nurse’s Confrontation

Let’s start off with Willow and Liz. Fans know that Willow has been keeping Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) drugged and non-verbal. The former nurse got some help from Sidwell, which will turn out to be a big mistake. 

In the meantime, while Willow was striking a deal with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was watching Drew, but then Liz stopped by.

That is when Liz realized that Drew was trying to send a message with his blinks. Once Willow finds out, she will panic. Then, Liz confronts the former nurse. 

Jason Morgan Intel

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 27 reveal that Liz will get some intel about Jason. With more people finding out about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), the truth is about to explode.

Of course, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will do what they can to protect Rocco.

However, what happens if he keeps blabbing about his crime? There is also a chance that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) already knows or suspects. 

Rocco might think Cullum’s back was turned, but maybe he still somehow saw him. I didn’t like that look from Cullum when Rocco was in his hospital room.

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) shares concerning news with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) offers to terminate Sidwell for a price. Speaking of Sidwell, he approaches James West (Gary James Fuller) while Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) glares.

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) opens up to Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). I actually like this friendship between them. Maybe Justine can help Jordan through her crisis.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) issues a warning. Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) has news that elates Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) meets with Willow. Then, later in the week, he reveals his plan. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) finds some shocking information. Meanwhile, Britt spills a secret. 

As for Ava Jerome (Maura West), she has another testy encounter with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
