General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that sometimes people have to fight fire with fire-and that’s what it looks like Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will have to do.
Since Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) tried to frame Michael for shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) might he plant bugs in Drew’s house and blackmail Willow?
Michael Could Easily Arrange For Someone To Plant Bugs In Drew’s House
Michael could easily arrange for someone to plant bugs in Drew’s house to catch Willow in something untoward-after all, suspecting Willow was the shooter, she might try to finish Drew off.
All it would take would be a little distraction, perhaps combining it with a bribe to Drew’s caregiver Travis (mentioned character).
Michael doesn’t want their children, Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) even in Willow and Drew’s house, even if Drew doesn’t pose a danger.
Michael has to get something on Willow that he can use to control her, and he doesn’t have a problem resorting to blackmail. After all, it’s difficult to prove that Congresswoman Cain would be an unfit mother-unless he has proof that she’s dangerous!
You Never Know What You Might Find Out When You Bug Someone’s House!
Michael knows that because of the double jeopardy clause Willow can’t be tried for attempted murder again, but if she does something else that harms Drew it’s a different story.
Even though someone that could bring Willow to justice knows that she paralyzed Drew and it wasn’t a stroke, even Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) hands are tied-she’s blackmailing him too!
Michael realizes that whatever he records via a bug won’t be able to be used in court. But if he finds proof of something she’s doing or done to Drew, he can blackmail her with it, or he could even claim he’s bugging the house for the children’s security!
Michael Hopes To Achieve Sole Custody Through This Maneuver
Michael hopes to achieve sole custody of his children through this maneuver, proving Drew’s house is not a good place for his children to be.
But if his bugs pick up more conversation about Drew being harmed by Willow, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) being complicit, he can turn the evidence into the police.
Surely Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) can do something with that!
Wiley doesn’t like being in the same house with Drew, even if he is “locked in” and can no longer move or communicate, he can’t forget how Drew scared him. Amelia is scared and gets nightmares about the scary monster in the wheelchair!
