'Y&R' Early Week Spoilers May 4-8: Chaotic Curveballs, Tricky Situations, Sienna's StoryThe Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 4 suggest lots of tricky situations. For one thing, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) needs to get treatment. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is creating a dangerous situation.

Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) could be determined to expose Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Nick Newman’s Treatment

Once Nick gets back to Genoa City, he will have to get treatment. With Nick confessing to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), the patriarch will want his son to have the very best care. Victor will also make sure to keep the news about Nick’s addiction under wraps except for trusted loved ones.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has been a solid support for Nick through many of his recent crises. I could see treatment helping Nick not only get sober, but also evaluate his true feelings for Sharon. Maybe her wish will finally come true.

Nikki Newman’s Mission

When Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) learns about Nick’s addiction, she will want to help. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) told Nikki her concerns, but nobody realized Nick already had turned to fentanyl.

Nikki might stop worrying about Victor and put her energy on helping Nick. Nikki has been through recovery, so she would be a non-judgmental ear regarding her son’s sins.

Maybe Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could also join Nikki in helping Nick. After all, Jack was an addict, too. That should make Victor even more infuriated!

Sienna Bacall’s Story

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 4 suggest that Sienna will insist that she killed Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).

However, fans know that Matt isn’t dead and gone at all. The man will be back. While Sharon will question Sienna’s loyalty, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will jump to her defense.

Holden Novak’s Supporter

If Noah starts to doubt Sienna, that could have him turning to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

Meanwhile, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) will continue to lean on Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin).

As for Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore), he finally has found a match. While Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) has agreed to go through with it, could there be some complications?

Will this procedure and miracle reunite Cane and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)? It seems so as her heart is already softening toward the man, so stay tuned.
