‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Friday, May 1: Dylan’s Fright, Hope Confronts Steffy, Dylan’s Stalker

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, May 1, 2026. In today’s episode, Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) gets a fright.

Hope Logan Spencer’s Confrontation

Steffy walks in the office and considers turning right around. Hope tells her to stay. They need to talk about HFTF.

The lady wants to know when she can relaunch her line, as previously promised. The brunette admits there isn’t a relaunch date. Hope wonders if her rivals enjoys keeping her in limbo. What is really going on?

Steffy claims it’s not personal and the line wasn’t bringing in good numbers. Hope says because Steffy undermines it every chance she gets.

If there is no use for Hope or HFTF, then maybe she should go somewhere else. Steffy says she’s being dramatic.

They are reprioritizing after Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) betrayed Eric Forrester (John McCook). 

Hope says HFTF will die if there isn’t a collection. Steffy thinks she’s overreacting. Hope asks again, does she  have a future at Forrester Creations, or should she look for another job?

Liam Spencer Connects

At the cliffhouse, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) drops off Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras) shoes. Liam mentions to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about Steffy’s actions towards Hope.

Finn reminds Liam that really doesn’t have anything to do with them. Steffy’s the boss. Liam says not for much longer. If FC doesn’t appreciate Hope, another fashion house will.

Katie Logan Spencer’s Concern

Katie stops by the beach house with groceries. Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) appreciates it, but it’s not necessary. Katie asks if he’s avoiding work.

They discuss Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer). Katie is shocked that Will defends Dylan. Katie worries that Will could lose Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) because of Dylan.

Will explains once again why he was helping Dylan. 

Melissa Dylan’s Stalker

At FC, Dylan is looking at dresses in a mirror. Electra walks in and immediately starts talking about being hurt by so many people.

Electra and Dylan both agree they are trying to move on. Dylan promises not to overstep. She just didn’t want to be homeless again. 

Electra says Dylan is resilient and brave. Part of her gets it. Dylan wants another chance. Their friendship meant everything to her, Electra says.

The designer explains what Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) did to her. Dylan wishes she had known about that.

Dylan knows Will and RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) both have feelings for Electra. So, she won’t interfere. She just wants another chance to be friends. Electra agrees to think about it. 

Electra leaves. Dylan hears a noise behind the dresses. She calls out, hoping it’s just an employee. A person with long, dark hair emerges. Dylan lets out a horrified scream.
