‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Tues, May 5: Hope’s Demand, Remy’s Blackmail, RJ’s Discovery

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Tuesday, May 5, 2026. In today’s episode, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) issues an ultimatum. Meanwhile, Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) demands to be repaid.

Remy Pryce Explains

Remy explains he needs Dylan to be there for him. Why all the bizarre phone calls? Remy didn’t mean to scare her. It was just a fun app.

Dylan tells her cousin that apps can get him into trouble. He should just stick to text messages. Remy wishes he could take back the deepfakes. Remy needs her help clearing his name. 

Remy wants to work in fashion, he claims. It was his dream. Oh really, Remy? He used to talk to Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) about it.

She’s a success while he’s fixing ACs. Remy just wants a chance to earn redemption, especially in Deke Sharpe’s (Harrison Cone) eyes.

Dylan doesn’t blame Deke for steering clear. Remy knows Dylan is pals with Deke. She needs to vouch for him. 

RJ Forrester’s Discovery

In the design office, Electra tells RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) about Remy and the deepfakes. The entire town turned their backs on her.

Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) saved her from Remy. Her fake photos were all over his wall. 

RJ still hates Will, but is glad he saved her. RJ gets why she’s so guarded now. Electra explains it was a pattern of betrayals, always by the people she least expects. RJ swears she can trust him. He will never break her heart.

Liam Spencer Strategizes

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) tells Hope that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) isn’t the CEO of her life.

Hope thinks Steffy is stalling HFTF for personal reasons. Liam wants her to work at Logan. Hope is tempted but is worried about Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). 

Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) would love to work with Hope. They’ve always had a close connection. Working together could affect Hope’s relationship with her mother, though.

Liam thinks it would be fun. Hope admits it does sound great. Liam begs her to take a chance. Hope admits she keeps thinking about it. 

After Hope leaves, Liam tells Katie it’s just a matter of time. 

Hope Logan Spencer’s Ultimatum

At FC, Steffy vents to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kay) about Hope. Steffy is sick of Hope’s whining. Hope is lucky to have a job at FC at all.

Ridge says Hope just needs to be patient. Steffy continues complaining about Hope. Steffy declares that Hope is nothing without FC. 

Hope shows up. She asks Ridge when she can relaunch HFTF. She needs to know she has a place there or…” Steffy finishes, “Or what?”
