General Hospital Spoilers: Delilah’s Dark Story – A Victim Of Sidwell Too?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease the dark story of Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone) may reveal that she, too was a victim of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Even though she clearly died from blood loss due to placental abruption, there has to be a reason she passed out on the street-might she have been drugged?

Sidwell’s Syndicate Is Far-Reaching

Sidwell’s syndicate is far-reaching; it spans the whole world literally-he and his partner-boss, dirty double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), have eyes everywhere!

Fans will remember recent scenes in which Sidwell detailed where various Port Charlesites and their families lived, from Ireland to France and beyond.

Sidwell is a mercenary, dealing in many different things all over the world, from minerals, precious gems and metals, and probably even stolen artwork.

It wouldn’t be surprising at all, given Delilah’s newly revealed connection to Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Sidwell’s history of drugging and poisoning, that she was running from Sidwell’s syndicate.

Nor would it be surprising if her passing out was the result of something she was drugged or poisoned with, which is undetectable, like what he drugged Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) with.

Delilah Was Running From Someone, And Ethan Was Supposed To Be Protecting Her

Delilah was running from someone, and it’s obvious that Ethan was supposed to be protecting her-he’s beating himself up and crying that he wasn’t in Port Charles in time.

She had obviously reached out to him before that night on the boardwalk when she went into early labor, and Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Amanda Setton, Josh Swickard) found her.

It is also obvious that Ethan cared for her a great deal-she may have been his girlfriend, based on the photo she had that he burned at the pier. He’d been trying to make contact for several days, with no callbacks and he couldn’t figure out why.

If she wasn’t his girlfriend, she was someone important to him, and very much so, given his emotional state down on the pier.

Ethan Wants To Take Out Sidwell To Avenge His Mother And Sister, And Now He Has Another Reason

Ethan wants to take out Sidwell to avenge his mother Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and sister Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and now he’ll have another reason-it’s obvious. He came to Port Charles because Sidwell is there, and it sounds like he was delayed in his arrival.

Why he burned the photo she had of Delilah is a mystery-as is whether he’s the father of her baby-he seemed to feel that Phoebe Wilson (uncredited) was better off with Chase and Brook Lynn.

But there is one thing that’s no mystery at all-and that’s he will be even more determined to end the scourge that is Sidwell! Will he wait to take him out, as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ordered; maybe, or maybe not!
