Sonny Took Extreme Measures

Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) informed Sonny that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) had met Ava Jerome (Maura West) alone at her gallery.

Since Ava was working with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), this news made Sonny angry and suspicious that his brother was plotting against him, and  Sonny chose to confront Ric.

At the gallery, Ric and Ava argued about their troubled history while waiting for the other party to show up so Ric could finalize his deal.

Ava cautioned that Sonny would disapprove of their partnership, but Ric insisted on moving forward; after Ric finished his deal with the mysterious seller, he handed Ava her commission just as Sonny and Ethan entered.

Sonny aimed a gun at his brother, accusing Ric of treachery and promising it would be the final time it occurred.

“Nathan” Pressured Lulu

“Nathan” urged Lulu again to send Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) away quickly, telling her that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was out of the hospital and would investigate who Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was protecting.

“Nathan” emphasized that if Cullum linked Rocco to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Theibaud), he would kill him.

An angry Lulu refused to send her son away based on possibilities, so “Nathan” suggested she and Rocco visit Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) in Ireland.

Lulu rejected that idea as well; “Nathan” accused Lulu of not understanding how dangerous it was, insisting he was only trying to protect Rocco.

Lulu stood firm, saying sending her son away would ruin him; in the end, the pressure was too much for the new couple, and Lulu told “Nathan” he was out of the situation.

Dante Was Flabbergasted

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) called Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to his office to inform her that the test results showed it wasn’t Cullum’s blood on the gun.

He asked for her help to sort through his jumbled thoughts on who else might have used the weapon.

Dante mentioned that Jason’s slide bite from the pistol was a rookie mistake, leading him to suspect Morgan was covering for someone.

Elizabeth then revealed she had treated Rocco that night for a “knife cut”- but his injury matched a slide bite.

They concluded that Jason likely took the blame for Rocco since he was Sonny’s grandson and Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) brother.

Dante Didn’t Understand Why His Son Would Shoot A WSB Agent

Dante found himself grappling with the overwhelming question of why his son would resort to shooting a WSB agent, and a wave of guilt washed over him.

He felt he had failed to protect Danny or assist him in coping with the immense burden of guilt that came from being the reason his father was no longer present in his life.

As he observed the pained expression on Elizabeth’s face, it dawned on him that Britt must be aware of the truth, and so too must Lulu.

The realization struck him like a bolt of lightning-he was taken aback to consider that his ex-wife had been less than honest about such a vital matter concerning their son.

Carly Announced To Felicia And Lucas She Broke Up With Jack

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was upset that Valentin had involved Nina, whom she didn’t trust, in his scheme to force Jack to disclose Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) location.

Apologizing for not realizing sooner that Jack would use Carly’s daughter to get back at her, Valentin took his gun and promised Carly that he would fix things.

Carly then went to Café Cherie, where Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) were catching up on how he was coping with his grief over Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

Carly revealed that she and Jack had split up. Referring to her ex-husband, Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner), Felicia told Carly that she knew from her own experience that it was impossible to create a real life with someone whose primary loyalty was to the WSB.

Carly Decided She Needed To Find Joss And Make Amends

After Felicia left, Lucas asked if Carly and Jack had broken up because he found out she was cheating; Carly accused her brother of revealing her affair.

Offended, Lucas insisted he would never do that, especially since he was worried about what Jack might do when he learned the truth.

Carly pressed him on how Josslyn had found out, but Lucas didn’t admit to telling her. Since Joss didn’t approve of her relationship with Jack, Carly speculated that Joss might have figured out she was seeing someone else and told Jack, hoping they would break up.

Lucas suggested she talk to Josslyn. Carly agreed, stating that she needed to find her daughter and make amends.

Nina Called Jack To Come To The House On Valentin’s Instructions

Following Valentin’s instructions, Nina invited Jack to Drew and Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) home.

She placed Drew in the bedroom and went to give him his next dose of medication, only to realize she had left the syringe in the living room.

After retrieving the needle, a panicked Nina pleaded with Drew not to look at her while she injected him; just as she was about to do it, the doorbell rang.

Hurriedly returning to the living room, Nina noticed she still had the syringe in her hand and quickly hid it under a toy truck on the bookcase.

She then opened the door for Jack, who thought she had news about Valentin; instead, when she mentioned his arrangement with Willow, an irritated Jack warned Nina that she should focus on their own deal.

Drew Heard Everything From The Bedroom

Meanwhile, Drew listened from the bedroom as a more frantic Nina asked Jack for any updates on evidence against Drew, but Jack was reluctant to share specifics.

To avoid raising Cullum’s suspicions about their arrangement, Jack told her he would act when his boss’s scrutiny eased, and until then, Nina and Willow needed to be patient.

With no evidence against Drew yet, Nina urgently tried to get Jack to leave before Valentin showed up, but Valentin slipped in through the back door.

He confronted both Nina and Jack with a gun, accusing Nina of betraying him, while Jack cursed her for leading him into a trap.

Nina Stabbed Jack With Drew’s Syringe

After Valentin had taken Jack’s weapon away, he insisted on finding out where Josslyn had been sent. Jack, however, denied any involvement in Josslyn’s vanishing act, but couldn’t help but smirk, suggesting that he and Carly would require Valentin’s help to locate her.

The two men then engaged in a struggle over the gun, while Nina shouted at them to cease their fighting, with Drew overhearing the commotion from down the hallway.

In an attempt to intervene and break up the chaos, Nina seized the concealed syringe and lunged towards Valentin. However, at the very last moment, the men shifted their positions, resulting in her accidentally stabbing Jack instead!
