Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Holly Plans Own River Jump, Shocking Rescuer Stops Fatal Decision?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) clearly isn’t doing well in the aftermath of Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) demise.

Of course, this comes on the heels over Holly being an emotional wreck thanks to the pill swap Sophia pulled off.

In other words, Holly has been a mess for months and that’s not likely to change anytime soon. Days spoilers say Holly will continue to deal with difficult situations and guilt over Sophia’s fatal outcome.

In DOOL’s May 12 episode, Holly complained to Tate Black (Leo Howard) about failing her chem final since she was so distracted by all the Sophia drama. Holly spiraled over the possibility of her grades slipping and this screwing up her life forever.

Tate reminded Holly that her life isn’t actually over – not like Sophia’s. Sadly, Holly doesn’t really need a reminder of that since she can’t stop thinking about Sophia jumping in the Salem River.

Days fans know Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) knocked Sophia in the head with a rock and had her body thrown in the river instead. Everyone simply assumes Sophia took her own life based on the suicide note that blamed Holly and other evidence.

Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) has also been telling anybody who’ll listen that Holly’s cyberbullying drove Sophia too far. Holly has even been facing some tough love from Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) about the consequences of her words online.

After the way Holly blew up at Tate and eventually ran out on her conversation with Sarah, there are good reasons to worry about Holly’s mental health. Days spoilers say Amy will rip into Holly again in the May 14 episode and add to Holly’s struggles.

Holly is torn between feeling guilty and feeling angry since Sophia’s out-of-control behavior pushed her to make those nasty Internet comments. Sophia did far worse to Holly, but now Holly’s the one who could get arrested and land in prison.

The stress of this whole situation could drive Holly to her breaking point. Holly might find herself planning her own jump in the Salem River, but could a surprising Days character come to her rescue?

We could imagine Sophia’s ghost intervening or perhaps Kristen if the show wants to offer a little redemption. Even Amy could soften in the end and stop Holly from making a mistake she can’t take back.
