General Hospital Spoilers: How Did Cassius Know Sonny Could Keep Rocco And Lulu Safe-Has Sidwell Taken The Island?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Cassius Faison aka “Not Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) revealed too much in a recent episode of the ABC soap.

When “Nathan” asked Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) why Dante didn’t involve Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to keep his son and her mother safe, he shouldn’t have known about the island!

Sonny Has Safe Houses And A Puerto Rican Island

Sonny has both safe houses in the Port Charles area and a Puerto Rican island, the last time fans saw the island was when he married Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has plants everywhere, and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) probably has them too-Cullum is not only a dirty double WSB agent, he’s actually Sidwell’s boss.

It’s recently been revealed that it was Cullum who was responsible for the bomb in Sonny’s penthouse that nearly killed Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

But fans will remember that Sidwell had connections in Puerto Rico, when he was keeping track of his ex-wife, the late Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue).

He tracked her to Los Angeles as well, when she and Sonny went there about his heart-he got back to Port Charles though because his assassin was thwarted!

Sidwell Knows Where Robert, Holly, Sasha And Daisy Live, So He Probably Knows All Of Sonny’s “Safe Places”

Sidwell knows where Robert Scorpio, (Tristan Rogers) Holly Sutton, (Emma Samms) Sasha Corbin (most recently Sofia Mattsson)  and Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) are.

So, it makes sense that he knows where all of Sonny’s “safe places” are including the island, but that still begs the question-how does Cassius know?

It sounds like Cassius is in on a plot, acting a bit like a double agent himself, and impersonating his late twin for more reasons than being a plant in the PCPD!

Another question is if Cassius knows where his sister was planning to go, since it sounds like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) made a spur of the moment decision!

Is Cassius Trying To Set Up A Trap For Sonny And His Family?

Rumor has it that Cassius will do something totally evil, and it won’t be long-it’ll prove that he’s Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) son through and through, and there’ll be no more Mr. Nice Guy!

Might that totally evil act be leading Sonny and his family into a trap, by convincing them Port Charles is unsafe, and to flee to the island?

Of course, there’s no guarantee that Britt and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) even make it out of Port Charles and to Berlin, since either the PCPD or Cullum and Sidwell’s people could be waiting at the airport.

If Cassius is setting a trap for Sonny and his family, it will be a sobering betrayal for all who think of Cassius as Nathan! And that’s the very quickest way to blow his cover!
