General Hospital spoilers for Monday, June 8 are in! Fans can expect to see Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) trapped with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), as Cassius Faison a.k.a. ‘Fake Nathan West’ (Ryan Paevey) shows concern.

Plus, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) gets shocking news, as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) relives a nightmare.

Time to unpack all the drama that is set to unravel during Monday’s show.

Portia Robinson Wants To “Hold Off”

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, June 8 indicate that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will share scenes with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).

In the preview for Monday’s show, the two are at the hospital in her office when she tells her lover, “If you could just hold off … for now!”

Portia looks highly emotional as she’s saying this, so is it that Isaiah wants to confront Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner)?

Portia may feel like everyone in the situation just needs some space to calm things down.

Speaking of, Curtis is looking for a lawyer to potentially defend him where his assault charges are concerned.

During Monday’s promo video, Aurora’s CEO is seen talking to someone unknown as he says, “I’d like for you to defend me.”

Who’s he asking this of … Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn)? If she can get Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) off for shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), she most certainly can help Curtis!

Brotherly Concern

In some interesting General Hospital spoilers, it seems like Cassius will worry about his sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

He’ll be concerned as Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) tells him that locating his sister is no longer a priority.

Of course, not … now that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has kidnapped Liesl!

It looks like Britt’s mom will not be forced into completing Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final mission.

While on the topic of Liesl, it looks like Cullum will place her in the same prison cell at Wyndemere as Josslyn.

In the promo for the June 8 episode, Liesl is unconscious on the couch in the cell as Joss demands to know what has happened to her.

Not the brightest of ideas to place two smart women in the same room, as there is a good chance that Liesl and Josslyn will come up with a foolproof escape plan.

Trina Robinson Bites Back

Elsewhere, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will be a bit snippy with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

The promo shows her making a snarky comment at her boyfriend.

These two might hit another wall as Kai isn’t pleased with the fact that Curtis beat up Isaiah so badly, he broke his hand.

This stopped the doctor from conducting life-saving surgery on a young patient whom Kai has become close with.

With that said, Trina is #TeamDaddy all the way, so these two will likely start clashing more and more about this situation.

Lucas Jones’ Shocker

Back at the hospital, Lucas is in for a shocker when Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) delivers the news that she’s going to medical school.

She’s likely reaching out to her friend to get some pointers, as Lucas has been there and done that.

Finally, Laura and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a bit of celebration during the June 8 show. 

General Hospital’s preview shows them out to dinner somewhere as Laura notes, “We’ve endured this nightmare together; let’s end it together.”

Should be interesting to see what happens next, now that Sidwell has no control over these two!
