Fans know that Stefano’s lackey has been lurking around Salem. We have also seen this person watching others on a tablet like they are spying on everyone.

Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) appears to be one of the people being watched that most. Of course, the coin showing up at the cemetery and the pawn missing hints that they are watching.

It also seems that people are being watched in the square and around the pub since the will reading has taken place.

Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) seems to disappear quite often, so it seems that he could be tied up in this as well.

Could Dr. Rolf be behind these drugs under the orders of another Dimera’s lies? Is Dr. Rolf working behind EJ Dimera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) back and pushing addictive drugs as well?

Spoilers have promised that fans will see some chaos coming on after the reading of Stefano’s will.

This information points to the Dimera’s being responsible for all of this drama on their own. Is all of this going on behind EJ’s back while he tries to hold onto the hospital and perfect his miracle drug?

Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) has revealed that EJ could get removed from his ownership at the hospital because of his unauthorized experiment.

EJ may be pushing these drugs to make enough money to cover since Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has decided to pull her funding.

Could Stefano’s lackey actually be on EJ’s payroll without his knowledge? Where are these drugs being produced? How are these dirty drugs being distributed?

Fans know that someone is watching over recipients of anything from Stefano’s will reading. At some point the truth will come out about certain parts of this henchman’s actions will be revealed.
