‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update June 22-26: Britt’s Health Crisis, Laura’s Demand, Cullum Strikes Again

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of June 22, 2026. We can expect Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to extract a promise.

Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) uses trickery once again. Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) receives intel. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Britt Westbourne Extracts

Let’s start off with Britt, who is in the Virgin Islands with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Britt knew her Huntington’s disease symptoms would eventually return without the medication. However, she never expected it to happen this quickly. 

Unknown to Britt, Rocco has sent out an SOS to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). Britt later has to extract a promise, so I wonder what that means.

Maybe Britt realizes it’s too risky for Rocco to be on the run with her. I imagine Britt will get life-saving medication, but at what cost?

Harrison Chase’s Decision

Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he will reach a decision. Chase has always been too close to Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Even though Chase has a good heart, his judgment is clouded. The man should refuse the job outright simply because of their history.

At the same time, both Willow and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) have gone too far. Does Chase really want to risk his job yet again for Willow? 

Not to mention what happens if Chase finds out that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is framing Willow!

Instead of it sending Willow to prison, it could just rip apart BLQ’s entire life. Alexis Davis Summoned

General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 22 reveal that Alexis gets summoned to the police station.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, the rest of the week will have Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) warning Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst)

. Laura learns a secret, which might be about Rocco. That same week, Dante and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) make a discovery. 

However, it should also be mentioned that Cullum ends up pulling a fast one!

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) challenges Ava Jerome (Maura West). Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) reaches out to help.

 However, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) jumps to the wrong conclusion.

Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) meets with her doctor. Later, Anna takes a huge gamble. 

With Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) on his way to Geneva, I wonder what will happen with Anna’s storyline?
