General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of June 29, 2026. We can expect Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to try to give Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) answers. 

Ava Jerome (Maura West) faces off with Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean). Plus, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) gets briefed.

Let’s begin with Anna, who reached out to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). While Felicia will be in doubt, Emma has some questions for her grandmother.

Anna will try to give Emma some answers, but the young lady might not be convinced.  By Friday, though, Anna will be full of gratitude. 

Nina Reeves Alarmed

Over with Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), she is about to get blindsided.

The woman was totally okay with going down to the station as she claimed to have nothing to hide.

What Willow doesn’t realize is it’s Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) framing her, not Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).

Next week, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) becomes alarmed. 

So, what is Nina going to do to solve Willow’s problem this time?

Ross Cullum Briefed

General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 29 reveal that Cullum gets updated by Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Meanwhile, in captivity, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) find common ground.

Sonny Corinthos Trapped

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he falls into a trap. However, he later makes a revelation. Ava goes head to head with Ethan. 

Carly Spencer Overhears

Elsewhere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) overhears shocking information. Later in the week, expect the blonde to be on the warpath!

Ava Jerome’s Intel

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will be stunned. Ava ends up overhearing a shocking confession. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is in the hot seat. 

However, I wonder if she is right about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) never knowing when she’ll pop up again. 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) goes to someone for help. 

It certainly won’t be Nina, but it will be Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). 

However, Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have their hands full with Rocco now that they’ve found him.

How exactly do they keep him safe and out of Cullum’s orbit? That is the burning question.

Britt just might have to swoop back to Port Charles to put an end to this once and for all.
