ITV Journalist Chris Ship, who often has something or another to say about the royal family on an almost daily basis, seemed to side with Prince Harry when it came to his lack of security in the UK.

Ship wrote on social media, “Whatever your view of Harry and Meghan and their decision to leave the royal family, it seems bizarre that King Charles’s son and grandchildren who are 5th, 6th, 7th in line to the British throne, get zero public security but Taylor Swift does when she is in the UK.”

Clearly, many royal fans and critics alike had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “King Charles is an awful father. He had never shown the unconditional love that a parent should show their child.”

Another critic of the royal family wrote, “All you have to know about him as a father is that he allowed/forced his deeply traumatized and mourning children to march behind their dead mother’s casket in the most screwed up example of using your children for performative PR in the history of the world.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Having no security means anything could happen to them like Diana!!”

“Ok they probably don’t want H harmed but they certainly would like the wife and kids out the way then they can get the sympathy from the public and try to say oh no how shocking they were loved and cherished … we will care for Harry, but I bet he’d go scotched earth on them!!”
