Let’s start off with Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Nate tried to stay in medicine after Devon Winters (Bryton James) ruined his operating hands. 

However, pushing papers and telling doctors what to do wasn’t the man’s cup of tea. That is what led Nate to business.

However, Stephanie can tell that medicine is still the man’s passion.That must be a way for Nate to stay in business while honoring his passion for medicine at the same time.

That might be what Stephanie wants to propose.

Nikki Newman’s Eyesight

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 2 reveal that Nikki underwent surgery to take care of the mass on her optic nerve.

However, fans recall that before the surgery, Nikki totally lost her sight. So, now it’s a waiting game to see if the surgery was too late or not.

The family was told that some patients get their eyesight back right away. However, others have to wait to see if it comes back at all.

So, chances are that Nikki won’t get her eyesight back until all hope is lost, then she will have a miraculous recovery.

 

Victor Newman’s Secret

Over with Victor, he will keep some things to himself.  Victor’s pain over Nikki losing her sight was very clear.

At the same time, I think Victor is also realizing that his presence can do more damage than good. So, it sounds like Victor might keep doing something to help Nikki without getting in her way. 

Matt Clark’s Complication

As for Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), he will continue to face messy dynamics in Genoa City. This man isn’t like the original Matt, and everyone can sense it.

At the same time, that level of rage Matt had towards the Newmans could come back at any time. Something set Matt down the path of heartless killer, and I’m betting a Newman went too far. 

The minute that memory comes back, the Newmans could be doomed, so stay tuned!
