‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Wednesday, July 8: Sheila Stuns Everyone, Ridge Pressures Electra, Finn Reassures Steffy

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Wednesday, July 8, 2026. In today’s episode, Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) sends shockwaves. 

Meanwhile, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) faces another emotional crisis.

Bill Spencer’s Advice

At the beachhouse, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) stops by. Why isn’t Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) at work? 

Will explains to his dad that Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) left him.  The young man tells Bill about his fight with RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti). 

Bill gives his son some water. Will wishes he had been honest with Electra at the beginning. 

Bill tells his son that there are other girls in Los Angeles. This was just business. 

Bill does encourage Will to use his brain instead of his brawn, though.

Ridge Forrester’s Pressure

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) continues to encourage Electra that Will is dangerous. 

The man thinks that Electra should let Will go. People who truly love you don’t crush you, he says. 

Will isn’t going to change. Electra starts to cry about Will lying to her. Ridge begs her not to move back in with Will.

The man admits he should have fired Will earlier. Will is out of control, Ridge declares! 

Ridge tells her to choose a side. Will texts. Ridge tells her not to answer Will. Electra goes outside to cry as Will sobs outside his own door.

Sheila Carter Sharpe’s Intrusion

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) are making out. Sheila bursts through the door. 

Sheila reaches into her bag, which causes Deacon and Taylor to freak out.It’s just the divorce papers.

She’ll sign them if Taylor has done her job. Taylor hasn’t talked to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and won’t. 

The doctor explains that Steffy will not agree. Deacon asks Sheila to just sign the divorce papers.

Sheila wants to speak to Deacon privately, so Taylor exits. They rehash everything. 

Sheila suggests Taylor doesn’t want the divorce to happen or she would have spoken to Steffy. 

Deacon once again urges her to sign the papers. Neither of them should remain in limbo.

John Finnegan’s Assurance

At FC, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) kisses Steffy. Steffy worries about Sheila being a threat. 

Finn says they are in this together. Taylor appears, wanting to talk to Steffy. 

Steffy thinks it’s about Sheila. Taylor says it is, but everything is fine. Sheila wasn’t violent or even lashing out. 

Steffy reasons that’s a big red flag.
